Surface area: A little more than 15ha of total surface area. About 2.5 ha of meadows, woods and hedges, 12.0 ha of vines

The contiguous properties are : Beauséjour-Duffau, Beauséjour Bécot, Franc-Mayne, Grand-Mayne, Bellevue, Angélus.

Culture: No weed killer, no insecticide, no aggressive chemistry Organic wine

Grape varieties : Merlot 60% / Bouchet (Cabernet Franc) 30% / Pressac (Malbec) 7% / Cabernet Sauvignon 3%.

Vinification

Fermenting room : Stainless steel, thermo-regulated

Ageing : Vats 35% / New barrels 20% / Blonde barrels (one wine) 25% / Barrels for two wines 20%.
