Passionate about wine, Françoise and Stéphane Dief vinified their 1st vintage in 1998. A success story. From their high standards, their passion, and their determination, a vineyard, a winery and, finally, a wine inspired by the greatest Bordeaux vintages were born. Four grape varieties - Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon and Petit Verdot - are grown on this Médoc estate, without the use of chemical weedkillers. Ingrid and I visited the estate last May and tasted the wine: Clos Manou is a Coup de Coeur.
